Instructor Training

In house Instructor Training at Well Trained Studio, 1 Jack Conway Ave, Manukau on Saturday April 4th, Sunday April 5th and Monday April 6th 2026. This is over the Easter long weekend. ​If you cannot attend this date still contact if interested as there will be a second training TBA for some who can't make these dates.

You will supplied with a manual and have the opportunity to teach community classes afterward and mentoring, which is a hugely advantageous for development. You will learn how to structure and plan classes, timing, exercises, movement patterns, muscle groups, the key qualities to successful  instructing, attitude/mindset and more. We will teach you WHAT, WHY and HOW. There is also a leadership and motivational workshop included, giving you confidence, guidance on how people learn, and skills to lead a class strongly, self assured and effectively for the practitioners.
