ABOUT THE CLASSES

An amazing variety of classes on offer, suitable for all levels of fitness. Modifications and advancements are given, you get out what you put in. You can book in advance on the app. Enjoy the heat, it will give you a better training intensity, makes you more mobile, flexible. It's great for skin, cardiovascular system, you burn more calories and for up to 72 hours after class, plus your muscles love it!

LOW IMPACT WORKOUTS

Inferno Hot Pilates: A fun full body workout to music, using the (HIIT) Interval Training method (sets of work then rest). The workout incorporates Pilates principles with a focus on form, alignment, core, mind body connection and correct muscle engagement, with the help of your Instructor. Improve lean muscle (tone and definition without creating bulk), improved endurance, flexibility, mobility, posture and strength.

Inferno LAB: Legs, Abs, Butt, focusing on getting the muscles burning and active by keeping time under tension. You will activate core, glutes, stabilizer and micro muscles. Resistance bands and weights may be used, always optional.

Morning Mashup: A full body effective heated workout. Weights will be used, always optional and beginner friendly. Tuesdays 6.15am

HOT CORE AND MOBILITY 

Hot Core and Mobility: This class is a must for everybody! Helps with everything you do - other sports, rebalancing the body, posture, strengthening core stabiliser muscles and better range of motion. There is great focus on improving HIPS and SHOULDER mobility, plus of course CORE, and the heat helps you get deeper into the stretches, poses, squats and many more benefits such as boosting metabolism, Sweating toxins...


One of the most loved classes and completely EXCLUSIVE to Well Trained Studio, designed specifically by owner Lou. We even offer this as a free class every Friday at 9.30am, so don't be shy, give it a try!

YOGA

Hot Bikram Yoga: Hot Bikram Yoga will improve posture, breathing, patience, determination, gives you a full body stretch and isometric workout, aids weight loss and detoxifies your body. Leave any ego/expectations at the door and enjoy the moving meditation, just do what you can on the day. There are 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture stretches and strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. Improve your balance, stimulate organs and release fresh oxygenated blood through your body. You will feel amazing after!


Stretch/Release Slow Yoga with Sound Bowls: Poses are held for longer to get deep into the bodies connective tissue (fascia) to greatly release tension and improve flexibility. You will feel far more grounded and balanced from this class. It helps release stress and tension, recovers muscles, your mind will feel rejuvenated and improves quality of sleep. You will be treated to Sound Bowls towards the end of class as you lay in Savasana. Sound Bowls are full of healing vibrations that resonate with the Chakra energy centres of your body. They invoke deep meditative, peaceful states, help balance energy, release blockages, encourage grounding, reduce stress. Feel free to bring an extra towel/eye pillow if you like to put over your eyes.


Stretch and Release with Sound Bowls: Wednesdays 6.45pm, some Sundays 5pm check booking app. Release energy blockages, hold some deep opening stretches to release tension and feel far more grounded and balanced from this class. Your body and your mind will feel rejuvenated and will also improve your quality of sleep. Bring a Yoga Mat, towel/throw (something to place over your eyes too), and a pillow.

HOT BOXING

Hot boxing in the heat! Train for better endurance and challenge your cardiovascular in the heat.


Class begins with a warm up, then hand pad combos, then core and stretching to finish. Beginner friendly please bring gloves and wraps or contact the Studio prior if you need to borrow them. Pop Ups on a Friday afternoon 6.45pm anf $10 special casual rate for non members.
