INFERNO HOT PILATES

Inferno Hot Pilates/HIIT Pilates is a fun workout to music, using pilates principals with a focus on form, alignment, mind body connection and correct muscle engagement. You will long improve lean muscle mass, improve your flexibility, stabilization and strength, mobility, posture, a balanced body and we work a lot on glute and core (powerhouse). You will get noticeably fast results and feel stronger every class.


The studio is heated around 34-37 degrees so you will sweat toxins, burn calories and better improve your cardiovascular health. Low impact moves protect your joints, and suitable for all levels. Modifications and advancements are offered. Enjoy!

HOT 60 + HOT 90 BIKRAM YOGA

Yoga encourages you to practice concentration, patience, determination and self control that increases mental clarity and reduces stress. You will feel the difference and feel amazing after!

Hot Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures - the Hot 90 minute class repeats each posture twice. The Hot 60 minute practice some postures are repeated twice. Each posture stretches and strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. Scientifically designed to deliver health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. The method stimulates the organs, glands, nerves and moves fresh oxygenated blood to your body, helping restore all systems to a healthy working order. Prevent illness and injury, promote weight loss and limit the effects of ageing. This is the hottest class heated around 38 - 42 degrees.

YOGA + PILATES FUSION

Best of both worlds - all on your mat as always, we do the first 30 minutes of upbeat Pilates with Lou. You will work core and glute strength, improve lean muscle mass and raise your heartrate. You will then be treated to 30 minutes of a delightful Vinyasa Flow Yoga series with Yasmin. This will increase your flexibility, mobility, de stress and calm. 
Class is to music, demos and modifications are offered and available for all levels. Studio is heated around 32-36 degrees and is both Yang and Yin! Great way  to practice both modalities in a class, reaping so many benefits for mind and body.


This is a Well Trained special class and a must try!

HOT VINYASA YOGA

Hot Vinyasa Yoga is a must try. Glide through each move, increase flexibility, mobility and clarity. This class is to music and is heated around 33 - 37 degrees - to help you stretch and be comfortable. Suitable for all levels, take a few classes to get used to the movements. Give yourself time and learn patience and control, as you guide you body and mind to wellness.

YIN + YOGA NIDRA 

Wind down well with our slow, calming class to give your body a deep stretch, and flush your internal organs. Relax, rejuvenate and relieve tension. Work deep into your connective tissue and fascia.


Approx 35 minutes of YIN Yoga followed by 25 minutes of Yoga Nidra, which is a guided meditation to relax your mind.  
YIN Yoga is a slow style where you will hold poses to access into the connective tissues of the body. Your tendons, fascia, and ligaments. Increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.  
Yoga Nidra is a meditative approach to yoga and mindfulness. Goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Yoga Nidra is like a guided daydream that helps your mind relax and clear out the busyness and stresses of life. Some say one hour of Yoga Nidra is worth 3 hours of sleep!

We have pop up dance classes feature on the schedule - always something for everyone at Well Trained! FitHop NZ bring their great energy to the studio to teach some beginner friendly dance classes. We also have an ethic intro to dance 30mins with Tanvi coming up on the schedule! See Mindbody app schedule for special Popup classes 😄 non heated, have fun, learn new moves, work cardio.

ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES 

Well Trained offers regular 45minute online Zoom classes plus pop up Zooms classes, so look out for it on the Mindbody schedule!

We focus predominantly on Core and Glutes and use the Interval Training (work/rest) to get great fast results. See you soon, in studio or online and stay Well Trained!

PRIVATE CLASSES

Would you like a private Yoga or Pilates class for a group, workplace, birthday, event? We hold privates by arrangement. Must be outside of scheduled timetable hours by arrangement. We personalize the class your needs and we can quote you for catering too if required, or assist if you would like to BYO snacks for after class.
