Inferno Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga Studio

Well Trained Studio in Manukau, South Auckland is a vibrant hot studio with great vibes and excellent offerings. Modern in our approach and what we offer to you, with a wide range of classes from YANG to YIN. Workout, - strengthen the body and mind, activate and burn the muscles with the popular "Inferno" classes, or the option to stretch and improve flexibility, mobility, breath work and wellness with the various styles of Yoga on offer. We even offer regular online Zoom classes.


Well Trained is a lively, unpretentious and friendly space. The practice is about prioritizing the self, enjoying the journey of progress and results. We cater to all levels, understanding every body is different. The heat greatly helps improve your mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular, endurance, skin quality, sweat toxins and much faster recovery, in fact recover the muscles while moving in the heat - your muscles love it. "Inferno Hot Pilates"

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT Pilates), is a fun, active, vibrant class giving you an effective full body workout to music. Lots of core and glute activation moves, some low impact cardio, all in all it is a great workout and the low impact will protect your joints. Very effective at getting fast results, strong core (powerhouse strength), increased endurance, mobility, flexibility, lean muscle mass and many more benefits. Different to 'regular' Pilates - this is a high intensity workout for sure. We ramp it up whilst using Pilates principles - to encourage effective form, control and alignment, breath and to get you the best results!

"Inferno 45" and "Inferno L.A.B"


Inferno 45 includes lots of core, full body and some low impact cardio exercises. Similar to the most popular class on offer - Inferno Hot Pilates, the structure changes somewhat to fit a very effective and available workout into a 45 minute session.


Inferno LAB focuses on getting the burn and keeping time under tension for great results. Legs, Abs, Butt - You will activate core and glutes, stabilizer and micro muscles. Resistance bands and weights will be queued - always optional. Enjoy!

"Hot Yoga Flow"

Greatly increase flexibility, mobility, mindfulness of the body, the breath and mental clarity. Poses will help open the hips, stretch the hamstrings, the whole body. The heat aids with flexibility, to sweat toxins, raise your cardiovascular and your muscles love it. Suitable for all levels, demos are given and the class is to music. Enjoy a satisfying practice, as you guide you body and mind to greater wellness that you take with you and benefit from, on and off the mat.


"Hot Bikram Yoga"

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, to stretch and strengthen. Our hottest class. Delivering health through balancing and strengthening the body. Simulating organs, glands, nerves, delivers fresh oxygenated blood and restores your systems to a healthy working order. Preventing illness and limits effects of ageing. Encourages patience, determination, self control and increased mental clarity. Your body will feel amazing from the hot practices.

Sound Bowl Healing (Non heated)

Using 7 hand crafted Tibetan Bowls, an instrument that has been used in ancient healing therapies. The bowls create a centering effect which causes the left and right side of the brain to synchronize with one another, bring the brain into a Theta state the rest and recovery mode. With resonating frequencies to work with each of the seven main Chakras of the body, this energy medicine aids the body, mind and soul. You will be laying down and relaxing for mostly all of the class.

"Yin Yoga" and "Yoga Nidra" (non heated)

Restorative and calming practices. Yin Yoga assists your mobility and flexibility whilst also very calming and grounding. Release toxins and stress from deep into your fascia (connective tissue). Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation to rest and calm the mind, release emotional tension/stress and essential for the mind to relax. Grounding and balancing - needed for the busy western lifestyle. 


"Fusion" classes

Well Trained SPECIAL classes, unique to the studio. It is a must try, it's a treat! You get two instructors, and we fuse a workout with yoga. Look out them on the timetable, specifically designed and formulated by both instructors.

ZOOM Online Classes

Great as an option from home. Your qualified Zoom Instructor will give visual demos and verbal instruction to guide you through class. Be mindful of your own body know you cannot go as deeper into a stretch or a move without the heated room.
