"Inferno Hot Pilates"

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT Pilates), is a fun, active, vibrant class giving you an effective full body workout to music. Lots of core and glute activation moves, some low impact cardio, all in all it is a great workout and the low impact will protect your joints. Very effective at getting fast results, strong core (powerhouse strength), increased endurance, mobility, flexibility, lean muscle mass and many more benefits. Different to 'regular' Pilates - this is a high intensity workout for sure. We ramp it up whilst using Pilates principles - to encourage effective form, control and alignment, breath and to get you the best results!

"Inferno 45" and "Inferno L.A.B"

Inferno 45 includes lots of core, full body and cardio exercises. Similar to the most popular class on offer - Inferno Hot Pilates, the structure changes somewhat to fit a very effective and available workout into a 45 minute session.

Inferno LAB is similar and focuses on getting the muscle burn, and keeping time under tension for great results. Legs, Abs, Butt - You will activate core and glutes, stabilizer and micro muscles. Resistance bands and weights will be used - always optional. Enjoy!

"Hot Core & Mobility"

This class is a must! The first part you will work core, abs, and powerhouse strengthening moves. Then move to standing using a Yoga strap for some shoulder flossing and strap assisted squats. Finish with some stretches at the end of class to even everything out and lengthen the muscles. The heated room will imrpove flexibility, mobility, your cardiovascular and sweat out toxins. Replenishing the body, you feel absolutely amazing after. Improvement of a balanced body, lean muscle mass (shaping, definition, core strength) mobility, stabilization, flexibility and active recovery of your muscles. 

"Hot Bikram Yoga"

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, to stretch and strengthen. Our hottest class. Delivering health through balancing and strengthening the body. Simulating organs, glands, nerves, delivers fresh oxygenated blood and restores your systems to a healthy working order. Preventing illness and limits effects of ageing. Encourages patience, determination, self control and increased mental clarity. Your body will feel amazing from the hot practices.

"Hot Yoga Flow"

A calming yet active and challenging class to greatly improve flexibility, mobility, mindfulness, breathing and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, demos are given and the class is to music. 

"Hot Boxing" 

Hot Boxing at Well Trained Studio! Work your cardiovascular even more whilst boxing and improve on skills and notice more fluidity through the muscles with the heat. Must bring your own gloves and pre book. Prior Boxing experience is beneficial. Free for studio members or $10 drop in. Saturdays 6.30am.

ZOOM Online Classes

Great as an option from home. Your qualified Zoom Instructor will give visual demos and verbal instruction to guide you through class. Be mindful of your own body know you cannot go as deeper into a stretch or a move without the heated room.

"IBox2 Boxfit" Collab

Well Trained collaborates with South Auckland independent business "IBox2" boxing gym, offering $5 boxfit classes for our members on a Wednesday. 284 Great South Rd, Takanini. Register by booking in via the Well Trained Studio on the MindBody app.
