Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga Studio

This is your place and space to improve your health, fitness, flexibility, reduce stress and take time for your self. Well Trained is a welcoming, unique and warm studio space with natural light. You will be motivated, challenged, and we encourage mindfulness and strength from the inside out. Unpretentious and friendly, Well Trained is all about good vibes, community and wellness. Start now! There is no judgement and you will be well looked after.


Here on your mat you will move, stretch and improve your self, mind and body. You are guided through class by qualified, experienced teachers. Catering to all levels and understanding every body is different, our teachers are passionate in the practices and the benefits and results you get from that. The heat helps you improve your mobility, flexibility, works your cardiovascular system, endurance and you will sweat toxins. Embrace the heat - once you've tried it you'll love it!


Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT Pilates), is a fun, vibrant class giving you an effective full body workout to music. Lots of core and glute activation moves plus keeping it low impact on your mat to protect your joints. Effective at getting fast results, a strong core (powerhouse strength), increasing endurance, mobility, flexibility, balancing the body, lean muscle mass plus many more benefits. Pilates principles are used to encourage effective form and alignment, to get you the best results. Heated between 34-37 degrees. Get ready to have some fun!


Hot Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic yoga practice to aid with flexibility and mobility. Moving between standing and balancing poses with the breath, this mindful, steady flow will encourage you to explore your body in its entirety. Decrease pain and tension, increase mobility, range of motion and improve your quality of life. Suitable for all levels and heated around 34-37 degrees.


Hot Bikram Yoga 60 and 90

Each posture in this series will stretch and strengthen your muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. Scientifically designed to deliver health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. The method stimulates the organs, glands, nerves and moves fresh oxygenated blood to your body, helping restore all systems to a healthy working order. Prevent illness and injury, promote weight loss and limit the effects of ageing. Yoga encourages you to practice concentration, patience, determination and self control that increases mental clarity and reduces stress. Heated between 38-42 degrees. You will feel the difference and feel amazing after class!


YIN/Yoga Nidra

Tuesdays at 7pm. Relax, calm, improve mobility, stretch deep into your connective tissue/fascia, flushing your system release stress and tension plus improve mental clarity, calmness, and mobility. Heated to a comfortable temperature, you'll love this class. It is time out and very relaxing - you can bring your own pillow!
